From 1 up-to 3 days of action-based sales training. During the sessions (depending on the number of selected modules), we cover various aspects of consultative selling and negotiations, such as understanding your customers, building rapport and trust, effective communication, negotiation skills, overcoming objections, and closing techniques. The aim is to equip participants with a personalised set of tools and techniques that they can apply immediately.The training is highly interactive, with a focus on role plays and negotiation scenarios. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in real life simulations and activities, experiencing individual and team negotiation scenarios. These role plays are carefully designed to simulate not only one-to-one interactions but also one-to-many and many-to-many negotiation dynamics.Participants gain a well-rounded perspective by experiencing both sides of the coin: the seller's point of view and stepping into the buyer's shoes.
Foundamentals of Sales Process
This training can be conducted intensively over 1-2 days or spread across 6-12 weeks, offering flexibility to meet your organization’s needs.During the sessions, our sales experts dedicate their full attention to understand your unique situation and objectives.
